Phoenix East - 4th Floor - 2 Bedroom

Are you packed yet? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor at our beautiful Phoenix East property, with Gulf front and jetty views.

Kitchen is fully equipped, dining room seats 6 with 2 additional barstools at the kitchen breakfast bar.

In addition to the new living room furniture, there is new carpet throughout. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with flat screen television, en suite bathroom and private access to balcony overlooking the gulf.

The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with flat screen tv as well as its own bathroom with shower/tub combo.

You are sure to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and boats leaving and returning to the pass each day from your balcony.

*Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson's Terms & Conditions.*


On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Two lamps did not work. There was mold on the shower curtain. No ice maker in freezer; carpet was gross and needs to be replaced with tile. Some furniture (mainly the recliner) is worn. There were fruit flies in the unit and two dead roaches outside our door. The light over the master sink started blinking on the 3rd day of our stay. Some kitchen serving utensils were dirty; there were only 5 forks in the unit. One cutting board was broken.Clocks had not been reset after time change. There was even a non-operational yellowed landline phone left in the unit along with an under-counter mounted clock radio. The whole unit needs updating. Front desk staff was eating at the desk while waiting on guests. We don't plan to stay in this unit or building again. We may not even book with Brett Robinson again.

Okay place. Nice location. Terrible WiFi.

Overall, we had an okay experience. Check in was good but they couldn't find our keys, even though we got notified the room was ready 2 hours before we arrived. Someone labeled the room wrong. Onto the review... The good: Great location. Nice pools and beach. Family friendly. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. The bad: Cleanliness was a big concern. They had these secure clean strips they applied to things. However, they had it applied to one of the toilets, but when we went to use the toilet seat, there was clearly some sort of nasty residue under the seat. We carry clorox wipes with us since this is during covid and just wiped it off, but made us question the rest of the areas. The WiFi is terrible! This day and age, I'm not sure how this is even possible. My kids couldn't stream anything without constant interruptions. Cell signal was terrible because we were on the backside of the condo facing the beach. Thank goodness we didn't spend much time in the rooms. Lights!! Turning on and off lights was a pain. More than half the switches weren't tied to any lights. So, you would have to manually turn them on and off, except in the secondary bedroom.

Not what we expected

We dodnt have hot water in guest bath, tv didnt work in guest bedroom the whole time we were there. Also was a musty kinda smell to the room . Hot water was fixed the second day but not til late in the day so 6 people shared on bathroom. it was very disappointing we wont stay at phoenix condos when we come back to Orange beach/gulf shores
