·     This fully furnished unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with just under 1200 square feet ofspace. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 sleeper sofas. Television in every room,
washer and dryer, and propane grill


·     A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that has been completely updated.


·     Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high speed wifi internet, and flat screen televisions all await your
visit.


·     Outside, the sparkling pool is only 15 steps away! The beach is right across the street.


·     The walk is just 2/10 of a mile to the cross walk to cross over to beach side. If you wish to drive and
park at the public beach access it is only 1 mile to the public entrance and parking lot.


·      For fishermen, boat trailer storage and parking is located on Canal St. just a few miles from the
condo.


·     The public boat ramp is right down the street only 2 miles away. Snow birds ask about
our winter specials!!


·     Charter Landing is located in the heart of Orange Beach on Cotton Bayou. You can watch the
charter boats come in and see the days catch, or walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful
white sandy beaches of the Gulf.


·     The complex offers 5 amazing restaurants, shops, a spa, fishing charters, boat rentals, outdoor bar, and more on site and only steps away.


·     Once you arrive you will not need your car keys again until you get ready to leave, if you even decide to

LOVED IT!!!

We had a great time. It is very peaceful. There were a couple of dirty spots on walls, the light above the dinning table flickered constantly, base on blender was cracked, and door to master bedroom had a crack in it. Very minor issues. It was fantastic and my family of 7 slept comfortably!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Summer trip 2021

We loved the property. It’s a great location. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestions I would give would be to update the mattresses. They are cheaper mattresses and not comfortable at all. Also, the window by the kitchen has a bad spot that has exposed rotting wood in it. Cheap fixes and it would make the stay so much more impressive. Thank you for letting us stay there and we can’t way to come back!

Orange Beach vacation

Overall the condo was very nice the only complaints I have is the mattresses for the beds were uncomfortable, hard worn out. All the TVs were smart TVs except for the master bedroom. It was a peaceful stay considering it is locate on the main highway across from the beach.

The condo was AMAZING!! The location was EVERYTHING!! The sofa needs to be cleaned it’s dirty and the location to pick up and return keys isn’t the best setup, but other than THAT we made it work had a BLAST and would/will use AGAIN!!

Great Place to Stay for a Mini Vacay!

The condo was even better than the pictures! We so appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the space was just right for my family of 5….and the location was a bonus… we were close to everything we needed: grocery store, restaurants, souvenirs shops, & my favorite place in the world…Walmart lol….Communication with property’s customers service was excellent. The reps were courteous, attentive and responsive! I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting the Orange Beach area!! We’ll be back.

Enjoyed staying at the property, but having to pick up and return keys in Gulf Shores definitely inconvenient especially when the property has a key pad at the entry. I would have someone check the double bed in the guest room. The ones staying in that bed kept finding bug bites on them in the mornings when they would wake. Might possibly be bed bugs.

Great condo, awesome views

So I want to first say the pictures are NOTHING like what it looks like, it has gotten a total redo so the place was BEAUTIFUL❤️ Better then where i thought we were staying! Super convenient because the downstairs walk thru goes straight to the cars! It was nice we had all we needed to cook as far as pots, silverware dining wear. You do have to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, and all dish soaps. The pool was nice. The outside area is wonderful to sit and have your morning coffee. Next door is an AMAZING RESTAURANT Off the Boat! You can drink and walk home, walk across the street you got the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

The condo was very nice. However, on our first morning there we were awaken by the sounds of weedeaters and leaf blowers @ 7 in the morning right at our windows. We were on the bottom floor near the road so we also had lots of road noise. And we only had one roll of tissue paper and roll of paper towels for 5 people, I'm not sure how that was suppose to last for five days. So we had to buy more. We will definitely be be back but ask for a room not near the road.
