Village Center Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Gondola One. As the name implies, located in the center of the village; featuring free WIFI; free covered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1000 square feet of living space with spectacular Vail mountain views; one king bed; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; washer and dryer (just outside of unit). Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
This residence does not have air conditioning.

We loved the view and convenient location. The condo is clean but quite small. It could use some "love", the bedside lights are hard to turn on and off, it needs some paint, clean placemats, a coffeepot that is not partially broken, etc...

Great location

Condo is in the middle of Vail village and convenient to everything. The property has a great outdoor hot tub and heated pool which is a must after a long day of skiing. The room is comfortable with real fireplace and an awesome view.

Amazing views in the heart of Vail

Our stay was fantastic! Spectacular views of the river and mountains and right in the heart of Vail! Kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was a perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings as well. We would definitely like to return next summer!

Great location and hot tub

Easy walk to gondola and beatific view. I wish the fireplace was either electric or had fire starters. It would have been nice to sit by the fire after a long day skiing.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved our week in Vail in this beautiful condo. The location is exceptional and the views are wonderful. It was perfect for our family and I loved especially the large dining table which was ableto accomodate us all. We will definitely be returning! I have to also say, the beds were comfortable. Too many times have I stayed in a place where you sink into the bed and cannot get a good night sleep.

We loved the location, the wood burning fireplace, the view. But the unit was dirty, microwave was broken, vacuum cleaner didn't work and the unit needs an update to justify the cost.

Great location, some easy updates would make the condo fabulous.

The property is an easy walk to slopes as it’s right in Vail Village. Kitchen was updated and fully equipped. The shower curtain in primary bath was ripped, the toilet holders weren’t screwed in properly and slipped around, and the bedding was worn out. Three super low-cost fixes that would make this spot better given the high cost for a week.

Great location!

The unit is amazing. My only complaint is the cleaning fee that we were charged didn’t include all items. We were asked to do all the dishes and even clean the microwave, or else we would be charged for each item. The large general cleaning fee should cover this.

Great location and view

Great location in the center of Vail Village! Condo was clean and well taken care of but might benefit from some updated comforters and pillows. Drains in shower were pretty slow. Would love to see the rental company that manages the property update to being able to pay online and not have to go in person to pick up and drop off keys at beginning and end of stay. Overall very close to things and love location and view from back patio! Our girls loved being able to walk downstairs and go play in Gore creek right behind the property!

We had an amazing time on our trip to Vail Colorado as we always do we had a great combination of sun and snow which added to the beauty of the town. The property was in a great location and had amazing views which we enjoyed morning tonight. The only negatives were in the bed and bedding was not up to what we would consider a four-star standard and the couch was very uncomfortable, every time you sat on it you slid off yes. Which this would not have mattered much if it were a $600 a night condo but at $1300 a night we expected at the furnishings to be a little bit nicer. all in all the condos very comfortable and as I said amazing views very great location and we had an amazing trip

Nice view of the Moutain

This was a nice place for a vacation and had amazing views! The positives: Beautiful View!!! Great outdoor pool and hottub Close vicinity to everything in Vail Village Underground Parking The negatives: Much smaller than in the pictures in the listing Carpet needs to be replaced immediately. In this particular day and age, and the price of the condo... providing Hand Soap in both bathrooms and the Kitchen would have been nice. Or even a bottle of hand sanitizer. All in all you paid to be close to the Village and have a great view of the mountain side, which was accomplished.

Great location and view, a little "cozy"

Perfect for a family with 2 or 3 kids or for 4 adults. Space is a little tight and the kitchen is simply a row of cabinets on the wall with little storage for dry goods but other than that space is reasonable for what it is. Unbeatable location. As with other reviewers we did find ourselves sliding forward off the couch but it isn't that bad. The ceiling and walls are also pretty thin - lots of footsteps upstairs at 6:30. Still, we have rented many VRBO condos in Vail and this was a great ROI - the view alone was worth it. Would be nice though to have a grill and some additional seating on the balcony. Would rent again. Note for the property manager - many of the blinds in the living/dining room are not operating correctly

Right on the creek!

We loved the location of this condo! Perfect for skiing and enjoying the village. It is right by the ice skating rink. I recommend finding a ski rental that is close en route back from the slopes that offers storage. We appreciated the view from the living room and the patio. It was nice to be able to look over the balcony and talk down to those at the pool and hot tub. Love that pool/ hot tub/ condo faced the creek. If you enjoy cold plunging it has easy accesss to walk from the hot tub over to the creek - best spot was by the international bridge just out the gate. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. The shared stackable washer/ dryer was conveniently located right outside the door and wasn’t busy. We liked the option and wood provided for the natural fireplace, but the condo was so well insulated being in a middle floor we didn’t even use the heat and instead opened windows a little to cool it down. Furniture is pretty worn but that didn’t bother us. I let management know about a couple things missing from the kitchen. Not sure if this was listed but a few details that might be helpful: both bathrooms have tubs, unit doesn’t have an ice maker so you might want to buy ice and there is a regular coffee pot with filters, but buy or bring coffee. Having a keypad entry would have been nice for check in since there isn’t parking by Vail Realty. Directions to condo were a bit confusing because roads say do not enter for traffic. Just use the map they provide.

Location doesn't get much better!

This property is all about location and access to Vail Village. It's a small 2 bedroom that met every expectation we had for my son and I. Tons of windows, beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the Gore Creek. I've previously read complaints re: carpet... but honestly, it's a good berber and fairly typical for a rental property of people skiing and hiking. Totally fine. Should have packed 1/2 the clothing, as we used the W/D outside the condo (a few steps from condo door) every night. For a couple and 1-2 kids, it's perfect. For 2 couples and any kids, it's probably tight. We'll be back for this one!
