The condo is set to accommodate up to 5 people with a maximum of 4 adults.

You can also enjoy the quiet patio/deck located off the living room, complete with a BBQ grill and chairs to watch the sunset while dinner is being prepared.

The galley-style kitchen is beautifully renovated with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, new top-of-the-line appliances, and is supplied with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The adjacent dining nook comfortably seats 4 to 6 people.

Just off the kitchen is the master suite, where you can relax in a comfortable king-size bed, along with a beautifully renovated, well-appointed / efficient bathroom, as well as a spacious walk-in closet area with built-in drawers to hold all of your ski garments.

The loft area has two access points: you can take the attractive spiral staircase from the living room or you can exit the top level of the property through an additional entrance on the third floor of the building - perfect for family privacy. All floors can be accessed by the elevator. The upstairs loft is separated into two areas: an open loft above the living room with a day bed and pull-out trundle; and a separate den with a queen-sized pull-out couch, an additional smart TV, and a full bathroom with a shower tub combo, that is shared with the adjacent bedroom. Off of the upstairs den is another tranquil and cozy bedroom with 2 pillow top full-sized beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an ample walk-in closet.

The bathrooms are supplied with hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and luxurious towels. The building has a dedicated ski storage and boot drying room, one dedicated underground heated parking spot for your unit, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and a laundry room for your convenience
