This property has been a short term rental for over 10 years. In the past it was managed by an agency. Now we are loving providing you with an exceptionally immaculate and well run rental ourselves. Visit Anna Maria Island and stay at our beach cottage, you won't be disappointed!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, but close to everything. Places under a 10 minute walk include: the beach, many amazing restaurants and shops, HB's pickle ball, basketball, and tennis courts, the dog and skate board parks, the boat launch and marina and the library!
What makes this property unique
It's newly remodeled and immaculately clean! It's close to everything and has a private fenced in backyard surrounding the heated saltwater pool. Fido can have the run of the backyard and enjoy the fun too. Best of all, you can see a nesting pair of bald eagles from the back yard.
