Very comfortable

Our stay in this studio was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Checking in was easy and we had any questions answered quickly. The recommendations for restaurants left by our host were spot on! Such good food in close proximity. Will be back in the future.

Great Stay

Loved staying here. It was a nice, quaint little space and perfect for a 2 night stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Could have been a tad cleaner but overall it wasn’t dirty by any stretch. Just a tiny bit of dirt on the floor and cup on the balcony outside in the commons area. Other than that we loved it and would for sure stay again!

Cute Apartment but Questionable Neighborhood

The apartment itself was fine; modern, mostly clean, and comfortable. However, I had a hard time getting into the apartment since the wrong code was sent to me. It took longer than I felt comfortable with, waiting for them to respond to my text letting them know. In fairness, it was only 12 minutes but the area didn't feel safe to me and I was feeling uncomfortable. Once in the apartment, all was fine and I had no issues during my stay. As a single female, I would not stay here again. The neighborhood is "up and coming" but this street still seems like it has a ways to go. The parking (I was unable to get parking in the front so I had to park behind the building) is a long way from the door and I ended up planning my weekend around being able to come and go when there was light outside.

1st time stay

The property was easy to get to. We were a little concerned with parking (parking decals can assist with determining who should be parked in the rear). The studio unit was very clean, cozy, and homely. We utilized the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning, very nice. The bed was comfortable, but the mattress has some wear as it did sink into the platform bed some. Overall, I enjoyed this unit and would book it again.

Cute, efficient unit with fabulous bathroom

The condo was spotless, cute, and cozy. Perfect for one or two people. Newly renovated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was generous and very nicely outfitted. (No tub if you're into that, but a great shower.) The neighborhood seems to be up and coming, but I didn't feel unsafe, and there were amenities not too far away. Easy to get to downtown.

Tiny, but so bright and immaculate. The shower is amazing!

Midtown is the place to be in Memphis. Cooper Young! So glad I stayed here. Uber rides were super easy. Great liquor store literally at the end of the street, where you can watch your microbrew get canned (32 oz.) The Roku was great for lounging around or before you go out. Records, BBQ, coffee, live music... All less than 1/2 mile away.

Perfect little Memphis studio

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in this small gem - perfect for a single or a couple. Everything was clean, bright and modern in this newly redecorated studio tucked away in a vintage Memphis apartment house. The apartment house was ideally located about a mile from the Overton Square District, with plenty of restaurants, clubs and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Neighbors in the apartment building were cordial and quiet. Easy and safe parking on the street or behind the building. Highly recommended for a solo traveler.
