If you're looking for a nice getaway in the Beaver Creek area of Lake Cumberland then look no further!

Conveniently located 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina and only 6 miles from town. Conley Bottom Resort is approximately 10-12 miles away.

Maximum # of guest allowed in rental is 8 people.
NO pets allowed and $500 charge if suspected.

The Lake House at Beaver Creek is a beautiful clean decorated modern home with the following:

- 3 bedrooms includes KING, QUEEN and FULL size beds plus a QUEEN size pull out sleeper sofa. All linens provided.

- 2 FULL BATHS (towels and washcloths provided)

- LIVING AREA with 52" flat screen t.v. and local cable

- Free WiFi

- FULL KITCHEN with refrigerator that includes ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking pans, silverware, cooking utensils and more

- LAUNDRY ROOM includes front loader washer and dryer

- Nice OPEN DECK in the back with table, chairs & umbrella. Lower deck has a swing, picnic table and grill.

- FIRE PIT in the back lawn to enjoy with your friends and family (includes chairs but feel free to bring your camping chairs).

We provide starter supplies such as soap, shampoo, detergent, etc.

Also, nice drive to park your boat with PLENTY OF PARKING for several vehicles & boats

This was a wonderul place to stay. Only a mile from beaver creek safe harbor marina. Good outdoor and indoor space. Very clean and the host was fantastic with excellent communication as needed. We would absolutely recomend and stay again!

Close to the Marina and Great Fire Pit

We really enjoyed the fire pit and close proximity to the Beavercreek marina! The house was nice and spacious. Parking area was huge. If we came back to Beavercreek we would stay here again!
