My experience with this stay was very disappointing. I took a chance on a unreviewed property that seemed pretty reasonably priced. The host did not communicate providing the arrival instructions and/or details I needed, which created unnecessary stress and no access to the property. I reached out multiple times and responses were delayed or unhelpful. The property itself may be fine, but the lack of basic communication made the stay far more difficult than it should have been. I’m so glad that Vrbo customer service was great, and I was protected…I hope future guests have a smoother experience.
