Great house and view! Surf fished from alligator point, bald point, and mashes sands while there. Quiet. No tourist. No traffic. Wonderful unwind and relax. Do not come here for a tourist beach. This is old Florida at its best!

The property managers were very cooperative. The place wasn’t cleaned very well. The floors had footprints all over them when we walked in and the windows facing the ocean need a deep cleaning badly. They should have had more than one roll of toilet paper and more than one tall kitchen bag. There were a few Palmetto bugs running around on the floorOverall, the area of alligator point was nice of course we were on the gulf… that is what sells the place of courseThank you and I hope this will help youTony
