The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed with a twin pop up trundle, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. All sheets are 100% organic cotton. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep. Master bedroom has comfortable king memory foam mattress, 2 dressers, walk in closet, private ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. Slider doors that lead to the deck and garden. Second bedroom is upstairs and has comfortable queen memory foam mattress, rustic cathedral wood ceiling, a dedicated work space with a desk and chair & storage for hanging clothes. Third bedroom is upstairs and has twin comfy memory foam mattress, and storage for hanging clothes. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, your vacation will be a breeze. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, blender, toaster, and farm sink. Absolutely Gorgeous, quaint home, nestled just a half block from the water. The home is very welcoming and inviting with all the delightful sights, pleasant sents and inviting atmosphere. We stayed 11 nights in this wonderful bungalow and could not have picked a better place; it began to feel like “home” after just a few nights. The host was informative and responsive and was ready and willing to answer any questions we had; they also provide great information about the local area in a Binder for your viewing pleasure. This home is also tastefully decorated without looking cheesy or cluttered. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re in Clearwater. This home is located just seconds away from one of the main thoroughfares in Clearwater making it easy to get to any destination you desire; yet is very quiet, with almost no foot or vehicle traffic in front of the home at any part of the day. You have to check this place out!

Why they chose this property

Our home is in the perfect location situated on the bay side and has some water views of the bay off the porch. It is a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Edgewater Drive is a few blocks north going toward Dunedin and is wonderful to walk or bike by the water which has benches to sit on and has spectacular sunset views. Famous Clearwater Beach is only 3 miles away. There are so many great restaurants and shops in all directions.

What makes this property unique

Its a charming and cozy historic bungalow that we have lovingly restored with modern conveniences. The backyard is a peaceful retreat with native blooming flowers and plenty of seating and shade.
