About this property

Quiet townhouse with Irish charm

After exploring the city, relax in a peaceful setting just off the main road, with two cozy new king beds and an optional sofa bed.

St. Luke’s is just a 20-minute walk from the centre. The area itself has a small range of amenities close-by, including a shop, cute restaurants, pubs, and a pharmacy. McCurtain Street, the city centre's start, is 10 walking minutes away.

All distances are walkable, but you might need a taxi home if your feet are tired from a fun day out, as the road from McCurtain Street is slightly uphill.

Relax and unwind in this typical Irish terraced house, featuring an electric fireplace that adds a touch of warmth and ambiance to the living room.

Please note this home is an older terraced house typical for Irish cities and, though greatly cared for and newly furnished with a lot of love, shows its age in some places.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. As the house is on a quiet road off the main road, you’ll enjoy a restful sleep in our two brand new king sized beds.

The bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, which might be challenging for elderly guests. For small children I offer an optional stair gate for safety, as well as a travel cot and a highchair. Please also note that Irish king beds are slightly narrower than US king beds (they are 150x200cm, 5 feet wide x 6 feet 6 inches long).

Parking is reserved for residents, but there’s a free parking spot available right in front of your house. Please be aware it’s very narrow and tight parking, which some might find challenging. You will need to park close to the kerb to let other cars pass. In the listing, you will find a picture of the parking spot to see if you’re comfortable with it.
