Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Quiet time starts at 10 o’clock. Any outside groups need to be brought inside the house at 10PM.
Parking must be done on the perimeter of the house. In the garage, driveway and gravel RV pad. Any other parking must be done in front of our house
Only 12 people sleeping over night and no more than 14 people in the house any given time.

Wonderful home in a great location with all the things needed for a great stay. House has been recently remodeled with high-end finishes and great amenities for families and kids. Our kiddos loved the basement space with pool table, arcade games, and a dedicated TV space for chill time.Our family enjoyed the prime location close to the Cottonwood Canyons, grocery stores, shopping, and coffee shops. Host was very communicative and response during our stay and we had zero issues with anything. Highly recommend!

I would stay here again! Great location, everything close by.. and a Swig right across the street! The house is so cute and every bed was comfortable. My kids loved the basement and playing the games. Everything that we needed was available in the house.

We had a wedding in SLC and stayed as a family in this home. It worked out PERFECTLY for us! It was so nice to have a very cozy place to return and rest after a day packed full of events. The house is newly remodeled and very clean and the beds were so comfortable. From our 80 year old grandma to our one-year old grandbaby, this house met all our needs.

We had such an awesome stay at this Cottonwood Heights house! It was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the game room was a total favorite. We stayed here to attend a family wedding. I sent a message before our stay asking if they had an iron and ironing board because I didn’t see it on the list of amenities. The host quickly responded that they didn’t have one as it was a newer property, but they would go buy them and have them there for us when we arrived. It was such a huge help to us. The location was perfect — close to stores, restaurants, and just a short drive to the mountains. Check-in was easy, and the host was great with communication. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone heading to the area!
