Relax and unwind at our peaceful, centrally located two-bedroom, two-bath cottage—right on the trails at Kingdom Trails! Cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect base for biking, hiking, skiing or relaxing. Enjoy beautiful views, outdoor space, and in addition to KT trails, easy access to Burke Mountain (10 mins), Lake Willoughby (20 mins) and Montreal (2 hrs). Ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to explore Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.
Our 1,400 sq. ft. home offers a warm, comfortable retreat with plenty of inviting outdoor space. Downstairs, you’ll find two cozy sitting areas—one with a TV and propane fireplace for relaxing evenings, and the other perfect for conversation and enjoying the view. Both spaces offer stunning sunset views. Step outside onto the deck, where you’ll likely spend most of your time, taking in the wide-open hayfield and the breathtaking mountain views of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.
Guests can come and go as they please with convenient keypad entry.
Please note: the property includes two separate rental units that share a common driveway and carport. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to guide you on parking and entry. Each unit has its own outdoor space, offering plenty of privacy and separation from the neighboring rental.
