This is one side of a 100 year old historic double shotgun. The space is completely private and has been recently restored. This 900 square foot two bedroom house offers high ceilings, plenty of light, and your own private back patio.

The beautifully renovated kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, stone countertops and everything a chef would need. The bathroom boasts marble throughout. The bedrooms feature premium bedding, high end mattresses, blackout curtains and smart TV's. The dining and living areas are spacious and sure to provide a comfortable stay. Art throughout the house features local artists and culture and will definitely give out that New Orleans feel!

You will be in easy walking distance to the French Quarter, Frenchman street, the Streetcar and many great restaurants and nightlife. It's the perfect location to enjoy the best New Orleans has to offer.

Wonderful stay in New Orleans

My partner and I enjoyed Jesse's place for a long weekend and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. The house is decorated with local artists giving it New Orleans charm throughout. Shower has great water pressure, beds are very comfortable and the wifi was very dependable. The location is perfect for bouncing around between Frenchman St. and the French Quarter. The pleasant walk through the neighborhood is a great way to start your day at either location.The house decor is tasteful and thoughtfhul, and really allows you to relax after a long day (or night). We didn't use many kitchen amenities because of the awesome restaurants so close by, but it did appear to have everything you would need for a cozy meal at home. Hope to return again on our next adventure to NOLA!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and functional. The location put us within walking distance of our favorite jazz clubs, bakery, and bookstore. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The host provided everything we needed and what was listed. Will definitely stay here when visiting again.
