Window coverings

Needs a little update on window coverings .... we stayed in master and had to watch how we got dressed while others were on balcony because we couldn’t close the coverings going out to the balcony. Very inconvenient o get dressed.

Great location

Condo was spacious and has super easy access to beach. Pretty clean but needs a little TLC… more towel racks (The one towel rack in one of the bathrooms came off the wall so then we had no towel rack), the freezer leaked one time a day probably when it was making ice cubes,… And the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. We did love that it had a bathroom in each bedroom. Again, more than adequate but needs a little upgrading

Location, location, location

The condos are not as luxurious as they are in the newer Phoenixs, but we like the location next to the Floribama. The staff were excellent.

Last review not fixed

The last review we saw from a few months ago stated that the window coverings in the master bedroom were missing. They were right and it was not fixed. We had to be careful of dressing and showering when others were out on the balcony. The 3 sets of blinds in the master bedroom and 2 in living room were all missing at least one slat each. Talked to the front desk and they said yeah, they are working on it. We actually found one slat underneath one of the couches. Under the other couch we found a sock, empty soda bottle, and a lotion bottle. The fridge/freezer leaks water so in the morning and afternoon there is a puddle of water that has to be cleaned up. This unit is supposed to sleep 10 with 2 pullout couches but the one pull out couch by the window is missing most of the springs so it is useless pull out and sleep on the pullout. There is a broken chair out on the balcony. Great location with great staff and close to the beach. We did see dauphins every morning from the balcony.

Fantastic view of the beach. Great location for condo.

Comfortable stay except the linens and mattresses were not good quality. The pools and grills were nice. The location was fantastic. The views are amazing on all sides of the condo. The seating in the living room was very comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay.
