Great spot

We had a blast! Great room in a great location. We had a lot of fun. Enjoyed the beach and pool and being Nextdoor to Florabama made it so easy to just park and enjoy the week without needing to leave until checkout day

Great Customer Service

There was a mixup when checking in and our unit was unavailable. Staff at the Phoenix X were all over the issue and found great accommodations for our family on the property. We were so satisfied we booked for another stay!

Buyer Beware

My daughter’s were in the middle of competition season and one of the reasons I picked this hotel because the work out room. When we arrived the workout room was closed and we were told we couldn’t utilize a sister facility. The hot tub was closed and the outdoor pool was closed. These amenities were listed but not available.

Great stay

It’s clean, great air conditioner. Beds are comfortable. No extras but if you are coming to spend most of the time on the beach and flora bama it’s great!
