• Homeowners may be on-site for outdoor maintenance or storage access (separate entrance)
• As the property is adjacent to a working farm and Currituck Sound, children must be supervised at all times
• Do not allow children to jump on wood-frame beds or handle antique furniture unsupervised
• Do not leave plastic Adirondack chairs outside, as wind may blow them into the Sound
• The wood stove and antique piano are decorative only and not available for guest use
• Guests may log into personal streaming accounts on Smart TVs and Rokus
