The house was perfect for our needs! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout our stay.We had a group of 12, and there was plenty of space for everyone—both to spread out and have some privacy, and to come together comfortably as a group.The location was also very convenient, with a short drive to Sight & Sound, Kitchen Kettle Village, The Green Dragon, and Shady Maple.We would definitely stay here again!

House is gorgeous, very spacious and well stocked. Kitchen is amazing. Many spaces to both gather and spread out when needed. Backyard was great as well, wish our weather had been better to use it more!! Host was very prompt in responding to questions/needs. I would say the only downside was that all of the bedrooms have queen/king beds. It could have used a bedroom or two with twin beds to make it easier for kids to sleep. In spite of that, it was a wonderful place for our extended family get together. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This house is perfect for a large gathering with family, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a beautiful large kitchen to gather, 2 bedrooms downstairs along with an attached separate bedrooms off of the outdoor patio. These separate areas are great for large groups and folks to also have their own space when needed. We would love to make this an annual gathering place for our family, ping pong table and hot tub is an extra bonus for entertainment or relaxation. Owner very responsive to questions. Hands down worth every penny spent.

Excellent location! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned! It had everything you needed! There was 11 of us; My Sisters and Friends, and we all had plenty of space. The property was gorgeous and so much better than described. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoors areas were relaxing. Eleven of my cousins and spouses meet there for 4 days and loved it. Two large living rooms and 2 full kitchens. We had plenty of room to move around. It was about 30 minutes from most of the attractions that we went to see. Sadly, one of the guests left some clothing and the owner has stopped replying to my emails.

Comfort and functionality

We stayed at this location for the weekend of our son’s wedding, and it was so nice to be in a place with space for everyone, and comforts that we don’t get at home - hot tub, huge kitchen (2 actually), games to enjoy!!!
