Welcome to your perfect getaway in Sunrise Beach! This charming and comfortable home features two inviting bedrooms (1 en suite), queen beds, plus 3 bathrooms (2 with showers), and fully equipped free laundry facilities. The cozy living room opens to large deck, making this retreat ideal for families or small groups.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with central AC and heat, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee corner and all the appliances (air fryer, blender, crock pot…just ask!). TVs (living room and primary bedroom) are ready for your personal streaming via your portable WiFi or hotspot. (WiFi coming soooon!)
Step outside to unwind on the spacious deck or fire up the grill in the screened gazebo. With plenty of outdoor seating and easy access via hard-surface roads, our home-away-from home is a great home base for lake adventures or just relaxing. Ample parking is available in front and back, including space for a boat trailer. Boat/tritoon/wave runner rentals are available just 15 minutes away.
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome on the property. Cannot accomodate cats due to owners allergies. The attached garage provides a secure and comfortable space for your pups to rest, with a secure fenced backyard for them to play.
Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are just two miles away—everything you need is within reach for a peaceful and memorable stay at the lake.

We struck GOLD when we discovered Long Acres. Quiet, clean. Spacious properties, great view of the main channel (and Bear Bottom fireworks!) from the deck.
