Tropical Condo - Close to Beach and Waterpark!

Almarena is a NEW residential development at the North end of Mazatlan, just across the street from the MazAgua water-park!. It is a quiet, family friendly community with shared pool, BBQ areas, parking and security. All of this, and just 800m to the Cerritos beach!

This brand new condo is on the ground level, with a walk-out covered terrace which overlooks the pool and common areas. ​The condo was professionally decorated and is very well equipped. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has bunk-beds with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed up top, as well as a large closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.

​The kitchen is complete with large and small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is also a full-size stacked washer and dryer in the service area, off of the kitchen.

The living room looks-out onto the private covered terrace, and lets in a lot of natural light. The sofa is also a queen-size sleeper sofa.

​Internet is provided, as well as A/C in all of the rooms. This condo will also accept small dogs, with payment of a pet-fee to cover the additional cleaning needed.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available. If you drive down, there is one parking spot included as well.

Eclipse Trip Of A Lifetime Made Better By Ultra Clean & Convenient Luxurious Condo

Albatros 104 in Almarena Residencial in Cerritos, Mazatlan rocked. The unit was so convenient for the eclipse, you open the sliding glass door to your private patio which opens up to gardens, covered dining and barbecue areas, and to the pool area. The ease of coming and going like that make it perfect, particularly because after all publications said the eclipse totality would be around noon, it ended up being an hour earlier. I got great photographs and we all had a phenomenal experience. The owners were super friendly and flexible and the manager, Eunice was responsive and helpful. The condo is very new, super cute and functional. I made use of the stacked washer and dryer. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen. All appliances were new. The only negatives were that I received the welcome email from management explaining the no drinks poolside regulation but Norma, the nice security lady let me off with a warning. Also, almost no counter space in the bathroom takes some getting used to and lucky for me, my shaving kit can hang from the towel rack. The pool temperature was amazing. Overall this condo is a winner. Make sure to UBER or taxi to Mr. Lionso or Roy's which is a short trip up the street.

Excellent Ground Level condo

We stayed for 3 weeks in this condo in December and then moved back in for a second stay for the month of January. We were so lucky to have found this area. The 2 bedroom, two bathroom unit is beautifully decorated with all the amenities that you need to make the easy transition from home. The king bed in the master room is comfortable. There are fluffy bath towels and pool towels and even beach towels. There were plenty of hangers for your clothes. It was great having the use of the washer and dryer. The walkout patio is great for your morning coffee and if it gets too hot you have the covered area between the patio and the pool. The gardeners are hard at work early every morning cleaning the pool and public areas. There are BBQ areas to rent which we did on occasion. The property managers can arrange for that. The Occan Property Management company’s representatives were excellent communicators which was great if we had a question about anything or if they needed to reach us. This is an end unit which has a parking stall. The walk to the beach took us 10 minutes. There is an OXXO convenience store within walking distance. There are no sidewalks yet along the boulevard to the beach but the area is being developed so I believe that will eventually come. Thanks again Janine and Eunice for everything. I think this unit might be hard to rent last minute when the word is out how great it is.
