Great space and ideal for groups. The surrounding property, pool, tennis/pickle courts, hot tub are all beautifully maintained. Host was responsive and helpful.
We had an amazing stay at this property! This trip was a girls’ getaway for my old tennis team to reconnect after many of us had moved away, and it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect, with plenty to do. We booked a winery tour that conveniently picked us up and dropped us off, spent time playing ping pong and tennis, and loved relaxing together in the hot tub while catching up.The nearby town of Wimberley was just a short drive away and offered great spots for shopping and enjoying a nice dinner. Overall, it was the ideal place for a fun and relaxing reunion—we’d absolutely come back!
A situation arose that was outside of all parties control that prevented our us from using the property. But Dallas, the host, handled the problem like a professional. He offered many solutions and accepted the one we decided on. Hoping to book the house next year for the same event
We had a great stay overall! The property was the perfect size for our group of 13, and everyone had plenty of space to be comfortable. It made for a really fun and relaxed weekend together. While the home could use a little TLC in some areas, the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. He was very receptive to our feedback and mentioned he wasn’t aware of some of the issues, but is already planning to make improvements. What really stood out was how he handled everything. He went above and beyond to make things right and even offered us a return stay once the updates are completed, which we really appreciated.Despite a few minor things, we had a wonderful time and made some great memories. Looking forward to coming back once everything is refreshed!
Our stay at the property was absolutely awesome. Spacious, very clean. The property owner was great to work with. We had an exceptionally great weekend stay
The house was very nice, but needs some upgrading and love and care. It is a dynamite spot location wise and would be a destination place to go to with some upgrades. Overall a very fun place to stay at with a bunch of friends and family.
We had a great time exploring the Hillcountry from this house. The most enjoyable part of this house was the outdoor space with the tennis and Pickleball courts, the pool and outdoor grilling area, and the hot tub. And location was really prime.
Overall a great experience, maybe overpaid for what we got but still good. Dallas the host was very responsive and even offered to call a plumber on a holiday weekend when we found one of the showers not working but we had plenty of others to use so no need. The property was very quiet and peaceful, a great location and had everything you need for a large group.

Thank you for the reply. Glad it was an overall 5 star review. Based on demand there is a bit of a premium for the price during holiday rental weekends but considering the place comfortably sleeps 20 we feel like it is less per person than other options in the market. We were able to get the shower operating to full capacity and We hope you come back.
We really loved our recent stay in Dripping Springs! This location allowed us to all stay together in one location for our son's wedding at Mae's Ridge and rehearsal dinner at Deep Eddy Vodka Tasting Room. It was a perfect weekend! People swam, hung out at the pool house, played tennis, and played on the children's playset. It was very spacious!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property while attending a family wedding. There were fun activities to enjoy, including swimming pool, hot tub, frisbee golf, tennis courts. Two hoses allowed for a quiet house for sleeping late, and the “busier” house with the children. A perfect place.
We loved staying at this house! The property, amenities, & overall appeal of the house was great. The only things that brought the rating from a 5 to a 4 were the AC in the main house not working, scorpions/rolly pollies in the second house, poor internet connection & the main fridge/freezer not being cold. Other than those things, we had a great stay & a great family reunion!

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad your family had a great stay. We now have lightning fast Internet service in the past I t’s been difficult since we are in a rural setting, but a neighbor put up a huge tower so now we have unlimited data with speeds in the 50s which is more than enough for the kids to stream on their devices. All 4 AC units have been running strong since your stay. The AC person did a full tune up and didn’t provide much of an explanation of what was happening to cause it not to work correctly during your stay. The fridge/freezer was under warranty and has been fixed. There is an occasional scorpion and roly poly in the central Texas area. We do continue to treat for them so they are few and far between, but they are pesky. Thanks for the feedback and your stay.
My daughter’s bridal party stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect! Boys in 1 house and girls in the other. All of the outdoor activities were a hit! Highly
recommend!!!
Great stay in Hill Country! Many things nearby and a very cool house! Owner accommodating and easy to get in contact with.
There were lots of lights burnt out and TV at pool house didn’t work but overall a nicely stocked house.
Could use a little maintenance but a cool
House.
Had a wonderful family Thanksgiving and got to check out Jacob’s Well, Ghost Note Brewery next door, old town Wimberly and of course Salt Lick BBQ
Lots to do at this property for large groups. Property is showing its age; pool could use some improvements; grill was not as advertised and was not clean; not all cooktop burners worked, but there was plenty of cookware. Some lighting issues. Still, our group enjoyed the tennis, ping pong with AC, basketball, and swimming. There was plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfortable, and overall we had a very fun visit.
Pool was awesome to have, was a little hot to do a bonfire in June but having the chairs to sit around were nice. Main house has a large room great for getting everyone together assuming you have a large group. Grill worked great, and guest house was nice for having game night. Had a small issue with some of TX native bug pests but Dallas took care of the issue within a day. All in all great stay!
It was a wonderful property for our family reunion! There were 3 grandparents, 9 adult children(5 of our kids and 4 spouses) and 7 grandchildren ages 10 months to 20 years in age). Everyone enjoyed the pool, the playground, the tennis courts and a trip to the local Blue Hole! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed fixing our own meals. We barbecued and ate by the pool one night! The beds were comfy and the bedrooms nice sized. The variety of king, queen and bunkbeds for our needs! The owner was very helpful before and during our stay! I highly recommend this property. (Oh, we did bring extra towels for swimming).).

We had a good time, no pool floats, 3 chairs at the pool is not enough for all the bedrooms this house accommodates. We had a group of 15.
Our group of 8 adults and 6 kids traveled to Dripping Springs for the family's oldest granddaughter's high school graduation and family get together. There was plenty to do on the property as well as a great location to breweries and fun family things to do. We could hear the music from the nearby brewery and even got to see their Memorial Day fireworks display. We all had such a wonderful and relaxing time! The playground for the littles was a huge hit for them and I love that the pool was not deep so watching kids that don't swim so well was easy. The outdoor TV area was fun to hang around. The weekend stay was great times and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
This was an excellent property for a family get-together to see the eclipse and explore the local area. It was a good home base for trips into Austin and local brewery and distillery visits, but also had plenty of things to occupy us back at the house. The kids (ages 2-9) had a blast in the pool and playing tennis/basketball and the younger ones enjoyed the little playground on property.
Biggest downside for us was that the house is right off a main road so it wasn’t easy to go for a walk if you wanted. I guess scorpions (relatively harmless ones it seems) are also not uncommon in the area and we did see one or two outside in the evening, but honestly this was also a huge hit with the kiddos, especially when we showed them how they fluoresce under a black light!
Overall a great experience here!!
