The Main House:

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds, soft linens, and ample storage. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Two full bathrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to get ready, with fresh towels provided. The heart of the home is the large, fully equipped/stocked kitchen. Whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or cooking a family dinner, you’ll find all the essentials—stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and ample counter space. Relax on the comfy couches in the living room, stream your favorite shows, or catch up on work at the designated workspace — ideal for remote workers. Step outside to a fully fenced-in backyard, a great space for pets, kids to play, or an evening under the stars.

The Back House:
Tucked behind the main home, the brand-new guest house offers a stylish living space, perfect for additional guests or in-laws. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole front house and back house and driveway parking.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes from Midtown's dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions, this location offers the best of both worlds. You'll be near:
- Liberty Park/Stadium and the newly built Memphis Sports and Events Center
- Cooper-Young Historic District
- Overton Park/Square and the Memphis Zoo
- Local coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants
- Easy access to downtown Memphis and Beale Street

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, to Cooper Young, or to Overton Square/Park, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. Please try to enjoy the Memphis Charm :)
