Welcome to Coastal Sol Villa – 111 E Lantana Unit B, your perfect tropical escape on South Padre Island! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath private townhome is designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, offering plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy island life. Guests will love lounging by the private sparkling heated pool, soaking up the sun in a serene and stylish setting.

On the 2nd Floor, step inside to find a beautifully appointed living area featuring a flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen boasts a large center island and comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. Just off the kitchen, the dining area includes a large table perfect for sharing meals and making memories.

The master bedroom is a spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, offers a queen-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom downstairs. The third bedroom is a versatile space with a full-size sofa bed and direct access to the pool area—perfect for guests who want to step right outside for a morning swim or a bit of sun.

Coastal Sol Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for small families or groups seeking a private and peaceful getaway just minutes from everything South Padre Island has to offer. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and nearby you'll find local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options—all within easy walking distance.

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.
