Welcome to 6506 Bayview Drive! Located in the coveted Villas of South Padre neighborhood, this beautiful vacation home is sure to please!

This recently updated home features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a stellar kitchen and main living area. The Master bedroom sleeps 2 guests, featuring a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large soaking bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 guests and features two full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #3 features a flat-screen TV, two sets of Twin-sized bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 guests. The kitchen and main living area are both fantastic; ideal for winding down after a fun-filled day at the beach! The kitchen entails stylish granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all pots, pans and utensils you may need to prepare a fantastic meal. The kitchen is open concept, featuring ample seating at the dining table or breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main living area, which features 3 comfy couches and a large flat-screen TV.

The home also entails private balconies and a great patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ pit. The home is situated just a 1-minute walk away from a fantastic community pool, hot tub, and playground. Also located within a short walk is the Villas' very own private beach access. The Villas of South Padre is a gated community with 24/7 security.

Perfect Getaway

This home is beautiful, clean, and large enough for the entire family. The gated community is a plus as well as super easy private access to the beach. My kids loved the pool and the playground. We definitely will go back soon!

Great stay, great property, SPI Rentals was great. One tip, have The Villas get better wrist bands, other resorsts we stayed at have the nice rubber ones. those cheap ones with the big plastic clip are annying to have on for a week, and they scratch! But we had a great stay, thanks!

The location of the property is perfect. Close to the beach and all the activities we did on SPI. The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. SPI Rentals booking and checkin process was easy and secure. They were very helpful to accommodate our requests during our stay. Special thanks for Brandy and Marina! Overall a great experience.

The Beach Getaway

This elegant SPI gated community gave my family a great way to relax away from the busy city life before school began. The property was very clean and comfortable. The SPI Rental staff were extremely professional and helpful. The private access to the beach was super convenient. The security at the entrance gate was very friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!!

Very nice property, nicely kept , enough towels for everyone, very spacious and the location is perfect . The only thing was that the sliding door in the kitchen did not have a lock , we used a chair to secure it from opening. We have young children and wanted to feel safe .

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Lots of seating in dining and living area for large groups. All the bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom. There is a bathroom with a shower and laundry room downstairs. Well outfitted kitchen with standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, lots of dishes and utensils. Easy walk to the beach with access to restaurants, entertainment on the beach. Nice swimming pool and hot tub we used every day.

Wonderful mix of beach, pool and fun!

The house is very spacious. Short walk to pool and beach. Pretty quiet gated neighborhood. We had a sink that wasn't draining. Called to have them fix it but no one came. Other than that, the place was perfect for 3 couples. We liked that everyone had their own bathroom plus the one downstairs off the kitchen. More space than we needed but if it would have rained, we would have used it!

Awesome place to stay!!!

The house was immaculate. The pool so clean and clear. Security was awesome always present. Loved that it was a gated community. The wrist band was also awesome for even a more secure area.
