This 2nd floor end unit is located just one block east of the inviting sands of the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island is just 2 minute walk to the white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room with sit down vanities to help you get ready for your day of fun, Pull out sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy a full kitchen and full bath, and convenience of a washer/dryer.
TV's in both bedrooms and living area. . Beach equipment includes 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 boogie board, 2 pool noodles, 3 sand pails, 1 cooler, and 1 sand shovel. This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds. Enjoy a nice weekly/weekend rental getaway for the family without breaking the bank. Community pool (unheated) with easy access just out your front door. Free Wi-Fi is included. Easy access to free island trolley service, restaurants and shopping. The best part . it's walking distance to the beach. Enjoy a full kitchen and full bath, and washer/dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella is provided.

Rates are based on a four (4) person occupancy. Any additional guests will be charged a $25.00 per person fee, per day.

Very nice, quiet, easy access to beach. Clean, and cute beach decor. Pool out of order one day. Available car parking. We had beautiful weather, and experienced quite a few different beaches and activities. The Gulf water is really warm. We had 2 super good seafood dinners, and 2 not so good.

Perfect little beach apartment

We will definitely be back!! Our family of four fit perfectly in this two bedroom. Our kids loved being right by the pool, which was clean and a good size. The location was amazing as well!

Great stay apart from the beach! The condo was just as described. So convenient to the beach and our kids loved having the option of the pool after a long day. This location centrally located on the island is less commercial, so we were very pleased with how quiet it was in lower levels of traffic. We would definitely stay again.

Cute beach location

This was the perfect property for our family of four for Memorial Day weekend. A very short walk to the beach and very nice pool too. The property was updated and clean and they even left hand sanitizer, masks and a new bottle of disinfectant spray for us. Highly recommend!

We loved it!

Condo was in a great location - just a couple minutes’ walk to the beach. Very clean and just as pictured on the website. The umbrella, beach chairs and toys etc. were so useful. The property manager was great as well. We would happily stay here again.

This location was perfect! Definitely would stay again. Great location to everything. Very friendly people in other units. Pool is one of larger ones in area. Only recommendation I have is upgrading the beach chairs available to guest staying at the unit. Otherwise the unit was fully stocked and very comfortable !

Great location!

We loved our stay here. Clean condo and it is so close to the beach access. Everything we needed was provided - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys etc. Communication was excellent. Lisa answered all questions I had in a timely manner! A keypad instead of keys would be amazing, but it was no big deal! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

We were in town to visit with friends so didn't spend much time in the unit but it was very nice. Not a fan of vertical blinds in a bedroom as they let too much light in but the bed was comfortable and that's most important.

The condo was clean and decorated cutely. The location was very convenient, just across the street from the beach. The kitchen was almost too small to cooking with no dishwasher. Also the countertop appliances, utensils, and dishes were old and run down.

Great Location

One street over from Holmes Beach, plenty of parking, and pool on the property. Small and cozy just enough room for a family of four. Had a bit of trouble with the cable that I had to call about and WiFi is VERY slow. Cannot stream anything which was disappointing! They did provide a box of beach/pool equipment which was great! A little overpriced for the room but had a wonderful time while I was there.

Condo was nice central location convenient to beach and trolley. Pool was closed for first two days of stay. Condo was clean but bedding had black stains on sheets and pillow cases in master. Fan in living area didn’t work. Door knob was very loose/falling off but deadbolt worked. Overall good stay.

Beautiful and Spacious-Perfect Location!

I decided to book a last minute trip to AMI with my 14 year old son, who has been begging to return here since a great vacation in Feb. I’m glad we found this two bedroom condo, as it was absolutely perfect! It is very spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, and the decor. The beach is just a two or three minute walk, which was so convenient. We love staying in this area of Bradenton/Holmes since we are so close to the many restaurants! Wagner Realty was very friendly and Stephanie and Terry were wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and well appointed

Property was just like advertised. Very clean. Kitchen was small but worked great and was well supplied. Having the washer-dryer on site was a real plus including a couple of washer pods. Only downside was the unheated pool as it was unseasonably cool but it was clearly stated in the listing as unheated. Proximation to beach (2 minute walk) and bridge street (1 mile) was very handy. Remotes for TV were awful but we worked around it. We would stay there again during warmer weather!
