About this property

this is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. we're looking for a 30-day renter, that's the minimum our HOA will allow, anytime between middle July and late August. our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms. This superb house features 1 king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom, and 1 full bed with twin trundle in the second floor bedroom. and a queen size blowup mattress. perfect for families or friends traveling together. With 3 bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room provides an additional space with a cozy queen bed for extra comfort. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and brand new front load electrolux washer and dryer during your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
