Downtown Rehoboth Beach!
Close to the sand! This 2-bedroom 1 bath condo offers a Queen bed in the master, a bunk with two twins in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has a regular coffeemaker as well as enhanced cable. Unit is located on the South Side of the building, ground level. This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots. There is coined operated washer and dryers in the building. (The washer/dryer in unit is not to be used).
This unit is not pet friendly.
Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. You can purchase linens at an additional cost, or you will need to supply your own bed linens, towels and paper products. Linen package includes sheets, towels and bath towels for max. occupancy.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp!
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

The kitchen floor was a little dirty. and I saw a cockroach on the wall of the dining area. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay and will recommend to anyone who asks about this unit.
