Great location however our room was changed 3 hrs before check-in and our new room was overall not as nice as one I chose due to construction- the second bedroom had dusty furniture and broken furniture drawers, broken chair on deck, stained sheets and blankets, dirty washer. Bathroom mirrors dirty, no sink detergent to wash dishes, no cleaning supplies. The pool was great, service and food at cabanas cafe was awesome. Would book location again but a different room.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Property was great. Location was great. View was great. No issues with the check-in. Issue was with the support for issues. We tried to reach to the Helpdesk and no one answered. Had to leave voicemail which I didn’t like. But then the voicemail was promptly responded.
