There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. There is a balcony off the master bedroom with majestic views of the San Jacinto Mountains. A 2nd patio off the living room provides additional quiet space to read and enjoy the great weather. Double pane sliders ensure a comfortable, noise free environment. This community boasts an Olympic size pool, two spas, two tennis courts and is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. Close to restaurants and the Spa Casino. Minimum rental: 1 week:
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
