Kelly and Lisa were amazing communicators and the house while immaculate and extremely comfortable truly felt like "home". Comfy beds, stocked spices, every appliance you'll ever need, resources on the local area galore...and so much more. We'll definitely stay her next time we are in the area. We had a great stay! loved the house, it had everything we needed and more. Loved the open layout of both floors; it felt extremely spacious, and the location was great. Hosts were also wonderful communicators, and we had all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful property well-located in peaceful, wooded surroundings between Woodstock & towns along Rt 28. The home is immaculate, super comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is also very well-appointed. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms great, heat/ac on both levels with separate control panels. Communication was excellent; hosts were very friendly & responsive, also happy to accommodate our request for non-allergenic bedding in one of the bedrooms. We were three friends enjoying a catch-up weekend and all of us really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this property!

Our family was in the Catskills for hiking and to attend a wedding in Mountain House. The property was an excellent place to stay for both. Proximity to the town of Woodstock with many dining options was a plus. The property is nicely situated like a wooded retreat. We were even visited by a family of bears (mom 3 cubs) who ventured to frolic in the wooded area just behind the property - that was a bonus adding to the charm and excitement.Kelly and Lisa were excellent as hosts and very responsive. We were never unsure or uncertain about the arrangements. For example, considering we had to attend a wedding we enquired if there was an ironing board and iron to help us take care of last-minute wardrobe prep - Kelly and Lisa made sure there was one there before we arrived.
