Hi! I'm a woman Veteran, the founder of a therapeutic yoga and wellness business in Georgia, and the proud owner of The Hemlock Hideaway—my first Airbnb.


I have a passion for restoring and renovating homes and am currently bringing an old Bronco back to life. I also volunteer as a domestic violence advocate, a cause that's very close to my heart.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me rock hounding, mushroom hunting, chasing waterfalls, or writing. My favorite app is Seek—I love identifying the incredible plants, fungi, and wildlife found in the mountains. I also enjoy a great glass of wine and have yet to meet a food I didn't like!

I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance of peace, natural beauty, and adventure. The cabin is tucked away in the mountains where you can relax to the sounds of the creek and waterfall, watch wildlife, enjoy dark starry skies, and truly unplug from the busyness of everyday life.
One of my favorite things about this area is that you're surrounded by incredible outdoor recreation. From hiking, waterfalls, kayaking, and fishing to scenic drives and Lake Santeetlah, there's always something to explore. Even the drive to the cabin is part of the experience, winding through the beautiful Nantahala Mountains.
While the setting feels like a peaceful retreat, you're still within a short drive of Robbinsville for groceries, restaurants, and other essentials.
