The cabin features three private bedrooms, including two with queen beds and a third bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds—perfect for the kids. There are also two bathrooms, one with a standing shower and the other with a shower/tub combo, making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a day outdoors.

The heart of the home is its spacious deck, where you can grill dinner, sip coffee, feed the birds, or unwind with a good book while taking in the mountain air and peaceful views of the pond and forest beyond.

Located just a short drive from downtown Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, you'll enjoy easy access to hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, boating, and more. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
