102D - 2BR / 2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom allow this unit to sleep up to 5 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, a blender, a crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Seaspray is a fabulous vacation destination. We are located right on the Gulf. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up daily at the beach. You can enjoy a game of cornhole, horseshoes, shuffleboard and volleyball on the beach. We have hot saunas in the gym & con operated laundry. Come visit. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions.
