It was clean and comfortable. The locations was perfect for our purposes of visiting with friends and family at Battle Run.We are senior citizens and the rugs were very slippery. I ended up taking them up and moving them so we wouldn't slip and fall. The bathroom was small but adequate. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay.Felt very homey,she had all the amenities...all we had to bring was us.I loved the side porch...enjoyed our morning coffee outside .And it was so close to the sites we wanted to see....the new River gorge, Beckley mine tour..the grist mill.We will definitely come back to see more.
