Presenting: The Cottage at Oak Island. Newly constructed (2025) and thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, this spacious, elegantly decorated beach house accommodates up to 12 guests. It features two master suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two bunk beds and a pack 'n' play, along with an additional, shared bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen offers ceramic and stainless cookware, all the utensils and cookware you'd need, and multiple coffee options (keurig, traditional pot, and french press). Guests specifically call out that they love how comfortable the beds are, and are pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen is, not to mention the incredible location! The Cottage is only a 90-second walk to the beach and very close to shops, restaurants, playground, splash pad, and farmers' market for ultimate convenience.
