The Space:

Come enjoy Arcadian I - located in Myrtle Beach, SC! This 3 bedroom, penthouse (17th floor), condo is located in a serene oceanfront building - you will enjoy the unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony AND throughout the condo. The resort has amenities for you and the crew to enjoy!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Including some small appliances! NEW FRENCH DOOR STAINLESS STEEL FRIDGE - 2 ICE MAKERS!



Living Area: Plenty of seating - large couch! Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors. Electric fireplace.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Private views!



Bedroom 2: King bed - adjustable! Private city facing balcony!



Bedroom 3: Queen & single bed.



Bathrooms: 2 full.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!



Beach: Walk a few minutes downstairs to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout the complex. We have beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use, but feel free to bring your own beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Amenities: Outdoor pool & tennis/pickleball court! Complex gas grill!



HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: Private, in-unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves along with access to resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



We have beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use, but feel free to bring your own beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay!



Routine pest control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 7.



ADDITIONAL NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
