The hot tub & pool were nice. I did not read in advance that there was an extra charge for the heated water, so it took some time to get it ready. Got good help from my co-Ordinator

Thank you for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and that our coordinator was able to support you during your stay. We appreciate your note about the heated water charge and we understand how this could be easy to miss, and we’ll take your feedback on board as we continue to improve how we communicate these details in advance. We hope to welcome you back again for another relaxing stay!

Hi Britton, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home and surrounding area did not fully meet your expectations. We understand how important reliable WIFI is and we will speak with the property manager to see if they can increase the speeds. We would love to welcome you back but in another resort that would be more peaceful for you. :)
