Excellent condo

Spent a week here and I have nothing but good to say about this condo. The listing represented the condo very well. The kitchen was well-equipped, the balcony was a wonderful place to spend time, the condo was very clean, the location was perfect -- close enough to everything but quieter than locations to the west.

LOVE THIS CONDO!!!

We LOVED this condo. It is better than described. I could move in tomorrowj and not have to purchase a thing. We cooked in most of the time & the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again ~ hope they keep the prices reasonable.

Peaceful, relaxing. Luxury Coastal Vacations gives excellent customer service. The DVD player was set up in the bedroom when we arrived. A technician came and moved it to the living room for us. He took time to show us how to use the system. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

Amazing Beach Condo!

Our family of four stayed at this condo for the week of 4th of July and LOVED it. My kids kept saying that it was their favorite trip ever. The kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony was great, and the bedroom condos were so great - my kids loved the TV in the bedroom. We took advantage of the workout room, the indoor pool as well as the beach and the pool every day. We rented wooden beach chairs. It was crowded because of the 4th but we still had plenty of space on the beach and in the pool area. We did have to drive a bit for restaurants, but there was a Publix a mile away. We LOVED this condo and we will for sure try and rent it again.

Wonderful ocean views.

This is a comfortable 15th floor penthouse overlooking the gulf and a spectacular beach. In many properties there is a paucity of kitchen utensils, pans and dishes. No such worries here. The variety is impressive. If we had one annoyance it was the endless codes we had to remember to get into the parking lot, our unit, and most interestingly, the elevator. Didn’t really need all of that, but it’s a minor nuisance in an otherwise wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Fall Break fun

Loved the tennis courts. The gym is decent. Our unit was great with comfortable beds, nice kitchen appliance and great patio furniture. The pool looked nice with plenty of chairs. The elevator situation was challenging. There was one operating elevator. The 2nd is being completely replaced with a projected completion date of 12 months (accord to the maintenance man). The other elevator will then also be replaced. Thankfully we were there during a slower season. i’m sure the summer time saw long waits for the lifts.

Spacious condo with gorgeous views

Well maintained, clean, spacious condo. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, flatware and cooking equipment. Although a bit chilly outside, the view from inside the condo was as nice as being on the balcony. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The only minor issue I would bring up is the description of the condo says it is penthouse 15C but it is not the top floor as some may assume as I did. There are 17 floors. I only mention this for clarification. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company provided clear instructions and check in and out were effortless.

BEAUTIFUL BALCONY VIEWS!

Absolutely loved our trip, the only issue and it was minor, was upon arrival & departure you had to wait 10+ minutes for a luggage cart. There was no going up 15 flights with 5 peoples luggage. Leaving was worse! We found people actually were getting the carts and taking them to their condo rooms and keeping them. So, we ended up waiting 45+ minutes and just carried the luggage down in the elevator multiple trips! Everything else, the amenities were spectacular, beach access was super simple and we enjoyed our stay!

WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!

This property is AMAZING. The view of the beach and ocean is spectacular. The balcony has a great amount of space for lounging (some condos we previously stayed in at other locations only had small narrow balconies). After a day at the beach, we spent nights out on the balcony just enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. The balcony furniture is comfortable as well. The condo itself was immaculate. It appeared that the unit was professionally decorated, it was very, very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Plenty of room to spread out in this condo. The beds in both rooms were VERY comfortable. This condo is on the 15th floor, we had no problem getting an elevator anytime we needed one. The Resort is right on the beach and the pool area is very nice as well. Beach Chairs and umbrellas were available for rent and the rental guys were super nice. The Beach Colony Resort was very clean and well-maintained. Security was good as well. Luxury Vacations was a dream to work with. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. This condo is very close to great restaurants, a Publix and within 5 miles or so there is a Walmart and Target. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay here again. It was our first time to Perdido Key Beach, and found the area to be very tranquil and relaxing. There was also plenty of activities available nearby. Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are all within a short drive, but Perdido Key Beach really has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation!
