With unwavering perseverance, a deep conviction in his vision, and constant support from friends, family, and his loving wife Dana, he transformed this five-acre stretch of land into the peaceful retreat it is today.

Owning this property for the past four years has been both a challenge and a privilege. Restoring it to the peaceful, inviting place it is today took perseverance, conviction, and a great deal of support from friends, family, and especially my loving wife, Dana.
I’ve known about this land for over 25 years. From the moment I first saw it, I dreamed of one day calling it my own. After more than two decades of holding onto that dream, here I am finally able to share this incredible place with others.
These five acres of riverfront beauty are more than just a property; they’re a sanctuary where water, nature, and serenity meet. It’s truly a joy to open the gates and invite guests to experience the peace and wonder that first drew me here so many years ago.
