Studio configured thinking of those who want to explore Puerto Rico but don't want to break their wallets. The studio has tv, high speed internet, one triple bunk bed (1 full and 2 twins), one bathroom, water heater, a/c, etc. All this in a central location with Restaurants, Bars, Beach, grocery stores and much more nearby. Up to three guests, 30 day minimum.
NOTE: To help conserve energy and prevent damage from excess condensation, please do not leave the air conditioner running when you’re not in the apartment. Overuse of the A/C can cause moisture issues and may result in damage to the unit.
Failure to follow this rule may lead to penalties and could result in early termination of your stay.
