Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon Checkout, Please ... Close and lock all doors before leaving. Return the keys to the lockbox.
LOST KEYS WILL RESULT IN A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $100 PER KEY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Basic reservation is for Simple Lodging only and as this is a Short Term Rental, Only Registered Guests are allowed to enter the home.
Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $100 per key.
