Located in Vanderpool, this 3/2 farmhouse on 40 acres offers a peaceful retreat in the country. Briggs Ranch House is a 100 yr old rustic farmhouse, with modern updates and artsy vibes, with plenty of room to relax and explore. Guests love the fully fenced large backyard and patio, with BBQ/fire pit, perfect for stargazing, roasting marshmallows and pets. Good AC/Wifi. It is well stocked with everything you need for a memorable stay. We have small kids and stay here frequently ourselves, so it is kid friendly. Pet friendly. Beautiful views of the hills and great star gazing. Near Lost Maples Park.

Great property close to Lost Maples. Whitney was great with communication before our arrival, as well as during our stay. Rental had everything we needed to cook our meals over our 3 day stay. We enjoyed exploring the property as well when weather permitted.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and private country property. It had ample space for our group of 5. Hot water in the showers which was nice! The heater worked well during the cold snap that happened while we were there. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to Lost Maples. My only complaints are that the coffee pot was sludgy and the bed in the second bedroom was very squeaky. Other than that, we loved it.

Excellent location and home for a 2 night stay while we ride Harleys around the Texas Hill Country. Excellent seclusion with your own private view of every single star in the sky. Fire pit to help the evening whiskey taste a little better. Couldn't have picked a better house for a nice, comfortable place during our 3 day trip. Host was extremely communicative and helpful.
