Great winter stay in the Poconos. We traveled with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids). Had plenty of space for hanging out (two living rooms) and sleeping. Lots of comfy seating.Most importantly Tim and Kathy were excellent hosts. They were communicative leading into our trip and they were very responsive (very quick) for the couple times we needed something during our week.Definitely recommend for a couple families!

Kathy's place was awesome for my large group of friends. It had all the basics which was super helpful, and plenty of storage. The individual heated rooms was really great - everyone could adjust to their preference. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Having a separate game room where the door could be closed was amazing. And the extra drink fridge was perfect! No need to use the main fridge for any beverages. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The house was well furnished and had lots of space for our family to spread out. Playing pool, darts, corn hole, and connect 4 kept everyone entertained. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The area was also very pretty and there was plenty to do with the lake and local bars and restaurants. I would definitely like to stay here again and would try to book this same house.

This vacation home comfortably hosted 13 men for a large friend gathering. When we arrived the home was clean and bright, and felt even bigger in person than from the photos. The deck, fire pit, living room, and game room made for great gathering spaces, and despite our great number we could all eat together in the dining room. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Between the kitchen and grill we had everything we needed to cook all 8 meals from our stay at home. Kathy was a communicative and helpful host. We would definitely rent here again.

This was a great property with plenty of room for us our children and grandchildren. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in the Poconos area. Close to all the ski resorts. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great Layout for a Family Vacation

Our family loved our stay at this property. We had 3 generations and there was room for everyone to play a game of pool, just relax or unwind in the hot tub. We loved the layout of the home, the furnishings were new and comfortable. We loved the Lake Harmony area and staying at this property helped make it a memorable vacation for us all.

Originally born and raised is the area, we spend all over our winters enjoying both Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski areas. In the summer we enjoy everything outdoors, to include the great fishing in the area, multiple lakes, hiking, kayaking, Pocono Raceway and whitewater rafting.

What we love about this home is unique landscape in which it is nestled into the woods. Large boulders frame the home. Your time outdoors is in privacy on the rear deck overlooking a winter view of Big Boulder Ski area, or quietly enjoying the summer foliage and outdoor fire pit and hot tub.

Our property is cozy but offers enough space for 2 families with 2 living areas, large outdoor deck and a separate deck under roof for our new hot tub. WE also LOVE the natural boulders that surround our home.
