This apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed plus a twin bed that can be pulled out from behind the couch to becable to sleep up to like 6, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The main bedroom offers a king bed and the other a twin bed for a restful night's sleep. With a convenient washing machine, iron, and heating. The bathroom includes a shower. Wifi, board games and dvd players hooked to both tvs. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

I gave all questions 5 stars except the description. It sleeps the amount of people as described but there is not enough extra bedding for it. You would have to bring your own.

The host Ryan was very accommodating and responsive. The property itself in the bathroom the shower nozzle was very loose so it was hard to turn it on without it feeling like it was about to break and we couldn’t get it to have hot water. Also there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen sink. Other than that this was a fairly good property for what you are paying for!

We all enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect for coming there for one night to relax, shower, do our laundry even got to take a dip in the hot tub. I wish we could have stayed for another night!

It’s a nice place but the pics are better than the actual house itself. There was no smart tv but they did have movies to watch on the tv. The hot tub though was awesome.

I understand it’s summer in Alaska so everywhere is expensive but pulling up to this property and it was not maintained at all I didn’t even think we was in the correct location, I called to see where to park because someone was in our spot it was after 730pm when check in was at 3pm the host was rude on the phone until he realized it was the renters and he said on the booking I said we wouldn’t be there probably til 9 but we were able to get off work so we got there at 730 and he said sorry I wasn’t expecting you until 9 and I’m in the middle of a board game and parked in your spot if you can come back? I said…isn’t check in at 3? He said yes but I wasn’t expecting you til 9 I was so mind blown so we called VRBO and it was even more awkward because they made him stop his game and get out of our rental so we can unload so it’s like we had to tattle tail and get the host in trouble to get what we paid for so no absolutely not this property wasn’t worth the amount due to the host service but the inside itself was fine… I won’t rent here again.

I did not stay here. It was nothing close to what I was expecting. I returned the key after the first hour and told the owner that I couldn't accept it. After going back and forth with him about a refund, he only granted 1/5 of it back. I still feel like it should be 100 more refunded back.

It was clean. There wasn’t enough dishes and silverware for us to use. The hot tub never got hot. The shower door did not shut for us and the hot/cold took some time to get the right temperature because the handle is broken. The washer is older and super loud and squeaky so don’t use it close to sleep time because you won’t get any sleep. Some windows have no curtains so don’t feel private. It was easy to get a hold of the owner but not the most comfortable place we ever stayed at in a vrbo especially with kids.
