Austin was very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and spacious and the 3 full bathrooms is definitely a perk. The views from the two patios overlooking the water are outstanding. It is no more than 10 mins away from anything you would need during your trip. Would highly recommend .

The owners seem responsive to needs. They performed 2 minor repairs for us when requested. The property has nice views and is in a very good location - close proximity to many places in the Osage Beach area. Unfortunately, the property was receiving new siding when we were there. So, the sounds of hammering and other power tools made our stay a little less peaceful. Additionally, there were construction guys literally outside our windows for 2 days. So, our privacy felt a little compromised. The property’s cleanliness was good. We did feel like the carpeted stairwell in our condo definitely needed a shampooing.
