This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom desirable corner unit. You can see the entire 3+ miles of the crescent beach from this unit! 3 flat screen tvs and DVD players. King bed in the master, and bunk beds in guest bedroom, the bottom bunk is a queen size bed and a twin on top. The building has a heated pool, jacuzzi and a covered seating area. There are also tennis courts on the grounds. There is a washer and dryer in unit. There is a restaurant next door or more available down the street. Shopping, restaurants, movies and mini golf about 7/10 of a mile away. You must stay to appreciate this condo.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
NOTE: No Screen Doors
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
