We go to Kirk Fishery and came back to cook delicious fresh seafood. We had everything we needed!

Absolutely loved it!

We had such a great stay at this beachfront condo! The location was perfect—right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the sand. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.The only small downside was that the beach chairs weren’t the best, but that was easy to overlook with everything else being so enjoyable. We’d definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beachside escape.

Excellent location!

We stayed for a week with our teenage children. Excellent location right on South Beach, Marco Island. Overall the condo was great. A few areas looked worn (peeling paint on the bathroom ceilings, bedsheets should be replaced as some were worn from use) and they could use an extra armchair in the living room but otherwise everything suited us well. The beds were very comfortable, lots of extra pillows were available. Kitchen was well stocked. The available beach gear had everything we needed, even a cooler! The location was spectacular and just a very short walk to the beach. Pool was clean. Definitely would stay again.

Place was great and good size unit the only negative I would say is the couches in the living area they need replacing the cushions are sunken in and you have a hard time getting out of it.

Beach Proximity

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo itself is definitely showing some age. There are updates that need to be made. There was a very strong “musty” odor to the condo that I’m assuming is due to the climate/humidity and also the age of the building. That being said, the property was very clean and well maintained. The convenience of being steps away from the beach is truly something.

Marco Island Seawinds Unit 201

This condo unit is beautiful, and the view is unbeatable. The condo was well-equipped if you wanted to cook in. It was fabulous to have beach chairs and a small cooler. There was a shelf missing from the refrigerator which I let someone know about when we checked in. Everyone with Horizon was very pleasant to deal with, and I would definitely use them again. The only improvement would be better beds. The mattresses in both rooms were not that comfortable. Other than that, it was awesome!
