Sunny Vista House is a comfortable 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, ideal for families or groups. The backyard is a highlight, featuring a refreshing pool, a mini-golf course, lawn games, and a kids’ playground. The spacious outdoor patio provides a shaded area for dining, lounging, or evening relaxing after a day of outdoor activities.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the other bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements.

The house has 2 living areas: the main living room with a large sofa and dining table—perfect for relaxing and meals; and a cozy second living room with a sofa bed (queen) and a Pac-Man and a Marvel Vs Capcom arcades, great for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and a reverse osmosis system for purified drinking water.

Great place for family with kids. Lots of things to keep them entertained. Back patio was a great place to just hang out and watch the sunset. House was super clean. Host was extremely easy to communicate with whenever we needed something or had a question.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay for a large group. Our family came to San Diego for a wedding and this house had everything we could have asked for & more! The layout of the house was perfect for us. The large living room & master bedroom/bathroom (and a half bath!) were down the hallway from the front door. And to the left was a kitchen & eating area, smaller (but still great size) living room, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. But we spent most of our time at the house outside! Whether is was sitting in the covered patio area (which has comfy furniture & a large eating area), playing the outside games, swimming, or my 2 yr old granddaughter 's favorite - "playing golf" on the mini put put course. Everything was spotless, beds were comfy, plenty of extra little touches like a drinking water system, coffee pods, and just about everything else you could need! It's really convenient & only took us 17 minutes on a normal day to get to downtown San Diego. Joe was very responsive when I asked questions. If you are on the fence, just book it! We would rent it again in a heartbeat!
