However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

The condo was current with all you would need. Covered parking is a plus. Location is quiet and close to everything you want. Step out to the beach or quick drive to public beaches or restaurants.

Top-notch condo on the beach

Our stay at this condo was excellent, despite the rainy weather. It was divine sitting in the comfy chairs in front of the big picture window, looking out onto the beach and ocean while sipping our coffee. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable. Getting to the beach was easy, and it was nice having covered parking. The location was good, too, and easy to get downtown. We would happily stay here again!

Negatives-parking is limited and tight. TV has limited stations, no ESPN. Positives-great location. On the beach with beautiful views. Probably would stay again but would take my on TV.

Perfect get-away for friends

We were pleased that the condo was as promised -- just like the photos. The beach was a short walk, the community was welcoming and laid back and we enjoyed the great sunrises. The bunkbed was not comfortable for an adult (needs to be replaced), a less complicated television system would be nice, and new beach chairs would have made the stay perfect.

Unhindered View of the Ocean

Our respite at the beach was enhanced by the lovely condo where we stayed. The main draw for us in choosing this condo was the unhindered view of the ocean. Imagine being able to sit on your balcony hearing the sound of the waves and watching the sun rise. Perfection! A great stay in a comfortable place made me wish I could stay longer.

Great vacation on Amelia beachfront

The condo was an excellent location - beachfront with wonderful views of the ocean from living room and dining area. Very short walk to the beach. The unit was very quiet. The check-in process was very efficient and check-out was just drop off keys and go. We had a very relaxing and terrific vacation.
