Welcome to Villa Azure, a delightful three-bedroom villa with private pool and air conditioning. The villa has self-catering facilities with air conditioning in the bedrooms, towels and linen provided, plus beach towels. Washing machine in outside room, weekly maid services for stays of 14 days or more, the villa has an alarm. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The villa is situated 25 minutes from St Johns airport and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Near to Jolly Beach 15 min walk, which has stunning turquoise waters and a wonderful sandy beach. It is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful island of Antigua. While away the days soaking up the sun, or exploring the islands many historical sites like Nelsons Dockyard.

A 10-minute walk to Jolly Harbour marina, the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean, is on the southwest coast of Antigua. There are various bars and restaurants. Jolly Harbour has banks with ATM's, boutiques, hairdresser, an 18-hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Jolly Harbour also boasts a fully stocked large supermarket with everything you could possibly need. Also Wi-Fi connection free at bars and cafes.

Bedroom Details: 3 bedrooms - sleeps 6. Bedroom 1: En-suite, double bed Firestick TV. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with ample space. Main bedroom includes safe.
Entertainment: Firestick TV in lounge and Master bedroom and Wi-Fi.
Outside: Parking for 1 vehicle, chairs and table, ideal for outside dining, sun loungers.
Swimming Pool: Yes - outdoors on the decking.
Suitability: Pets not allowed, smoking not allowed inside villa, children welcome although this villa does have a swimming pool, so this is at your own discretion.
Villa azure is a registered and certified rental accommodation. It is listed in the ABTA website as villa azure, Harbour view.
As of October 1st 2021, all guests utilising accommodations in Antigua will be required to pay a Tourism Guest Tax Levy, at a cost of 5 USD / night per person ( over the age of 5 years ). This charge is payable locally once checked in. A security camera is situated facing main entrance to villa for entering and exiting property only.

This is a great place to stay. Three large bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen with new outdoor grill, indoor and outdoor eating spaces, sun loungers and a small pool to cool off when it's too hot. There is no ocean view, so no sunsets from the patio. Beaches are close by - Jolly is closest at a 10 min walk or 3 mins with drive, but by far the better beaches are Darkwood and Turners just a few minutes drive down the road. It's easiest if you have a car rented so you can access all parts of the island easily. The property manager is instantly available by Whatsapp if needed, and anything that needs it is addressed immediately. Fully recommend.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Villa Azure was spotless and perfect for a family holiday. The pool was used every day and Jolly Beach was a dream Caribbean beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and well taken care of. They have great new AC mini split units in each room, beach towels, and kitchen essentials

A well appointed villa, about 10-15 minute walk to Jolly Harbour beach, a large supermarket nearby and a restaurant just round the corner. This made our stay most enjoyable

Great place to stay!

Lovely accommodations! Close to super market and walking distance to Jolly Beach. There were some issues with a leak and water pressure but overall a wonderful stay! :)

Great location

Excellent location on the Island with best beaches and attractions easily accessible. Also great if you don’t have a car and are open to public transportation or walking. We could walk to the beach and boat tour pick-up and many restaurants and grocery store in under 10minutes. Total luxury! To get to other main attractions we used taxis a few times.We traveled as family plus friends. We loved the house, the pool and convenience of proximity to everything. The house is in a quiet location. Don’t miss watching the stars at night. We also cooked at home and used the grill. Perfect stay!

My family and I spent a week in the Villa Azure in March - it was perfect and had everything we needed for a week in paradise ! Iris, the property manager was very quick to respond and very helpful! Would 100% recommend.

Villa Azure is a wonderful place for a family vacation! Everything you needed was there. The house was very clean. The pool was cleaned weekly. Roxann the housekeeper was amazing. She was right there anytime we had a question or needed something. Had a wonderful time! We will be back.

Fantastic Time in Villa Azure

We have stayed many times in the Harbour View area, however this was the best by far. Property was clean and very well equipped. Sid (the poolman and gardener) was very friendly and on hand should we need anything. Villa is ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants - all in easy walking distance. Will definitely be looking to go back to this villa again. Thank you Jan for allowing us a short stay and hopefully will be in touch soon.

Perfect property

Property was perfect for our needs. Lovely wee pool, not too far a walk from the beach or restaurants but nice and quiet. The management company was very fast in responding to any minor issues we had. The area surrounding the pool is a bit uneven but that would only really be an issue with people who're a little less steady / toddlers

Second stay at Villa Azure

Thank you Jan for allowing us to stay in Villa Azure for our second time. As before, we have thoroughly enjoyed our 'home from home' stay and love the improvements you have made since we last visited. The villa and location are perfect for everything - supermarket, restaurants and beach - all within walking distance. The villa itself is very comfortable with everything needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. However we did hire a car so that we could visit other parts of the Island. We hope to visit again in the future and once again many thanks.

Not Fancy But Has All You Need

The location was great, walking distance to multiple restaurants, the grocery store, and ATM. The pool was perfect for a nice dip and the space was perfect for a family of 5. The AC was very much needed and helpful for a cool night sleep. It was quiet overall. Little things like better water pressure in the shower or a king bed would have been nice but not a deal breaker. We spent a lot of time not in the house exploring the island so it was great at a decent price.

3rd Stay at Villa Azure

We have stayed in this villa before and as usual it lived up to our expectations. The villa is fully stocked with everything you need and everything works - showers, air con etc. - which is not always guaranteed in the Carribean in our experience! Jan, the host, is always helpful and Iris, the Manager in Jolly Harbour, is always available for any assistance/advice necessary. The weather was glorious and the beaches sublime. Snorkelling was particularly good at Half Moon Bay and Dark Wood Beach. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will be visiting again as soon as we are able. Thank you Villa Azure.

Just imagine

The stay was amazing. The villa was very good but I think it needs a bit of touch up around the house. Starting with the master bedroom bathroom sink needs to be updated along with the furnitures I think a king size bed would be more of a good fit for the master bedroom. Maybe a fresh paint job inside and outside the house to give it a good lift But overall I think the stay was worth it.

Lovely Vacation

I had a blast at Villa Azure. I stayed for 14 days at the villa. Jolle (i hope i spelled it right) was there to great us as she was very helping and nice she showed us around the villa and had let us know she was just a phone call away (which she was). It was a well relaxed trip the pool was a bonus as i dont like to go to the beach. The pool guy was nice and accommodating he came and clean the pool for us and we sat and had conversations and where we can go in Antigua for the food, drinks, entertainment, and the beaches. We had bbq on the deck and had fun. The villa is very spacious as everything you can think of was there to accommodate us on our stay. And when we ran out the supermarket was just walking distance. As we left the villa we even had the management team came to wish us a safe journey back and thank us for staying with them that was very nice. Overall i had a great experience and will recommend Villa Azure to anyone.

A TIRED VILLA

We found MANY items either broken and or not working as we feel this Villa needs a lot of TL.C to bring it up to VRBO standard please see items below 1. Water pump failed and tank ran dry 2. Pool light not working and give shock 3. Pool filter cover broken tripped over several times 4. Pool net for cleaning leaf etc was broken 5. One A/C unit stopped working needed repairing 6, Wasing airier broken on one side and finally completely broke All though the property manager resolved some items not everything is in the villa booklet and she also promised to make it up to us and never did Regards Colin 15/04/2023

Conveniently located Villa

Let me start with the good aspects of the villa. The villa was conveniently located to some beautiful beaches in the area such as Darkwood, Jolly Beach, and Turner Beach. The grocery store, pharmacy, and places to book excursions are within walking distance, as are some restaurants. The patio was nice and very quiet to relax on. The villa has the potential to be a really nice place with its large living space and private pool but is in need of updates and TLC. The not so good aspects: The private pool, which we were so excited to have in the villa, was dirty when we arrived. It took three days for it to be clean enough for us to use and by the end of our stay it was dirty again. Although the property was well stocked with pots, pans, and cutlery etc. some of the pans were burned and stained as were some of the utensils and need to be replaced. The stove had one burner that wasn’t working and another that was bent. The range hood over the stove is in need of repair or replacing. The cushions on the dining room chairs are stained and tattered. Some of the bed linens and towels are stained and need to be replaced. The villa had two bathrooms but we only used one, as the tub in the main bathroom didn’t drain properly. Being tropical, yes you will see the occasional mosquito or bug but in this case we had to deal with cockroaches. I was told that it was due to the drains drying out but with the necessary prevention this should not have been the case. We were told that WE could buy traps or sprays to take care of the problem. They said that they could not have the place treated while we were there, so they would take care of it after we left. Even with all of these problems that we had during our stay, I feel that with some much needed updates and TLC this will be a very nice place to stay.

Super séjour

Très belle villa, service exceptionnel avec réponse très rapide durant le séjour. L’emplacement parcontre n’est pas ideal la route près de la villa est très mauvaise et comme comme la villa n’est pas à l’intérieur des limites de Jolly Harbour, il faut louer une voiture et non un golf cart. sinon, tout était parfait.

Would Stay Again

Beautiful property, better in person. The place was clean and check in and check out instructions were clear. Janice and the cleaning lady were lovely, communicated well and assistance was available when needed. Villa had all your needs (kitchen equipment, speakers, A/C, fans, blow dryer, towels, basically anything you may have needed). Quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, near the beach and multiple restaurants/bars, gas and police station in the area.

Villa in jolly harbour 😁

The villa/location & amenities very good. Villa has everything you need ,we stayed 3 weeks , had few issues that were fixed very quickly. The property manger Iris is where the property has its down fall. Firstly I had to reminder her the day before we flew that we needed the access code to the villa if I hadn't then we would not have got in. The only way you could contact her was by Watts app , she DOES NOT respond to emails. So make sure you have that App. We never actual met Iris , but Amie who works with her we met alot. Poor on Iris,s behalf. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay , locals really friendly.

Good for price

The villa is as described but needs updating. If you’re looking for privacy this is not the best option as people will randomly show up at the gate. The road is terrible so be sure rent an SUV. We did not see the property manager before or after checkout but received very unprofessional random messages about stuffed toilets and doing us favors by extending our checkout. I’m guessing most of the guests are first time renters to this villa, we will not return.

One week vacation

This property was perfect for the vacation we were looking for. We were not looking for an all inclusive vacation as we wanted to experience the real Antigua. The location was central for exploring. We stuck to the south and west of the island. Restaurants, beach and grocery store are in walking distance. We had 4 of us but the villa would easily house 6 as it suggests. The house is well kept and had everything we needed for the week. The air conditioning was great. We turned it off when not needed and it cooled quickly when we turned it on. The pool is a perfect temperature for cooling off and was very clean. Nice breeze on the patio. The road leading to the villa is very bumpy but we got used to it. Being on a side road there are very few cars.

Affordable villa

Lovely spacious open plan lounge, diner & kitchen. Very quiet area which is lovely for relaxing stay. There is a large steel structure which is abandoned close by but don't let it put you off. It does not and should not affect your trip. There are a couple of minor niggles that need updated but otherwise perfect, reflected in price compared to neighbouring villas. Management fast to respond and when had issues they were resolved promptly. I would stay again as know what to expect, all I'd say is if you want luxury it's not for you!

Why they chose this property

For some time my husband and I were looking for that something special and after a second holiday decided the Caribbean was for us. Antigua has a beach for each day of the year, clear blue waters and beautiful sandy beaches.

What makes this property unique

The property is close to some of the best beaches you only get to see in magazines. It is also close to Jolly Harbour which has great shops, supermarket, restaurants, golf courses, bars, banks etc.
